Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers may request an exchange for size or design (if applicable).
